A transport
mechanism that conveys your parts from hopper to feeder. Elevator
systems are becoming increasing popular because hoppers for
heavy or large parts remain at floor level. Electronic sensors
control an elevator's flow rate between hopper and feeder,
and Vibratory or Drag-Thru systems are custom configured.
Gondola
systems are primarily used to move heavy, metal objects from
station to station. Typically, a standard "Gondola Dump
Box" with a hinged "dump" door is loaded by
a forklift onto a Gondola stand. The Gondola stand is set at
a calculated angle enabling your part to slide to a hopper
or elevator system.
