FFI Webcams   Taking advantage of the latest technology, Fortville Feeders offers webcam run-off approvals so our clients can save time and money by eliminating the need for travel. Of course, if you prefer to see the run-off in person that can be arranged as always.

FFI uses an exclusive designed clamping mechanism, on all feeder bowls, to connect the bowl to the drive unit.   All FFI bowls have the return pans braced.

All FFI bowls, which use a return pan to re-circulate parts that do not orient correctly, are provided with an inspection window.   All FFI bowls are complete with doublewide tooling on the first turn of track.

All FFI bowls have the area under the return capped off.   All FFI bowls are built in adequate size to allow the parts to move up tracks designed with minimum pitch.

All exchangeable tool selectors or orientation devices are bolted on for easy modification.   Hardened and cromed selectors and tracks will minimize wear and corrosion.

All FFI machine bases are fitted with adjustable, rubber-insulated pads.   When air jets are used as an orientation aid, they are bolted on to allow service to be performed in the event of a blockage.

Surlyn Coating
Surlyn Coating   This coating is applied in a fashion similar to electro-static painting. It is environmentally safe and FDA approved. This coating is standard and is supplied at no additional cost to our customers!
